How It Works
Simple Pricing
All parties have a base rate for up to ten kids, each additional child will be invoiced on the day. Select your club to see pricing.
Private Hire
With Risky Kids Parties you are the VIP! Our whole club is yours for two hours including use of the reception space for your food and cake set up.

How Many Kids Can Attend A Birthday Party?
Our base party booking includes up to 10 kids.
You can add additional kids to your party up to a maximum of 20 kids.
Each additional child will will be invoiced and paid on the day of your party.
Can I bring my own party food?
Yes. Our parties are self catered, so feel free to bring your party food and cake to celebrate. You will have use of our trestle tables and chairs which will be set up and ready on the day.
What Age Is Best?
Our parties are best suited for kids between ages 3 - 11. We can cater to younger kids by adapting our activities and set up to make sure everyone can join in.
Are Your Parties Hosted?
Yes! You will have two Risky kids coaches make your party unforgettable so you can relax and enjoy the day.
How Does Payment Work?
To secure your booking you will pay for a base package, which includes up to 10 kids.
Any additional kids will be invoiced and paid on the day of your party. Contact your local club for pricing.
What is The Birthday Party Highlight Video?
During your party our coaches will capture all the cool moves and special moments so you can relax and enjoy the fun.
The week after your party a fully edited birthday video will be delivered to your inbox so you can look back on your celebration and share with your friends and family!
What Time Can I Arrive
You can arrive 10 minutes prior to your booking time to meet your coaches, sign in and get set up.
Are Waivers Required to Participate?
Yes. All kids attending a party must have a waiver signed by their parent or guardian to participate. Waivers can be signed and submitted in person on the day of your event.
